The refractoriness of the fireclay bricks for coke oven is usually 1580-1750 , the refractoriness under load is not less than 1300 , this kind of bricks has good thermal shock resistance, higher erosion resistance to acid slag than to alkali slag and the reheating line change rate is not more than 1%.
Main applications:
This fireclay bricks are mainly used in low temperature parts of the coke oven but with large temperature fluctuations, such as door, lining bricks of small flue zone, oven head, wall bricks and checker bricks of regenerate zone.
